This class is designed for all levels—no dance experience necessary. Led by Leslie Madaras, 300-hour Hatha Yoga Certified, this workshop blends elements of dance, yoga, and breathwork to create an invigorating yet grounding experience. Whether you’re looking to improve coordination, build confidence, or simply have fun, this class is the perfect space to explore movement in a supportive and welcoming environment.
